The Oswin Project

About

We offer a bridge of opportunity between prison and the community through; support and mentoring to identify strengths and interests and rebuild confidence; training and the opportunity to gain qualifications; volunteering and work experience; and employment, initially within our own enterprises and ultimately with external employers. Our primary aim is to break the cycle of reoffending. The northeast has recorded the highest reoffending rates in England and Wales for over a decade. The Oswin project’s reoffending rate is under 4%.
