Church on the Corner Islington

About

Meeting in a former Islington Pub, Church on the Corner is a compassionate Christian community working to love God, love our neighbours, and love creation in Barnsbury. Our community is made up of all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds - no matter who you are or what you have been through, we want to get to know you, help you form meaningful relationships, and support you to grow as a disciple of Jesus. We encourage curiosity and questions about faith; we have a mix of contemporary and contemplative worship; we have a range of discipleship and social groups throughout the week; and we believe that Christians are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world, supporting people who are vulnerable and overlooked in society. This last point means we actively welcome people who feel on the fringes into our community, and we run a range of community projects to support people who are struggling in our neighbourhood. Whether you feel in need of support or you want to help others, we will welcome you with open arms at Church on the Corner.
